At e-Tomato we have a team of professionals experienced and qualified on SAP as well as on.NET Framework. Our expertise enables us to offer our services in developing and integration custom add-ons to extend the basic functionalities of the ERP package. We also offer to integrate the ERP package with other third party tools and applications.
We offer to integrate:
Custom Developed Add-ons
Our experience on SAP Business One enables us to develop custom add-ons as per the requirements of the clients. The add-ons are developed keeping in mind the standards and guidelines laid down by SAP Business One. These custom add-ons can be used to extend and enhance the basic functionality of the SAP Business One application. New features and modules, not available, in the system can be developed and integrated. Similarly, we also offer to customize existing modules to enhance their features and functionalities.
E-commerce Websites
To enable clients to leverage their data we offer to integrate e-commerce websites with the SAP Business One application. The ERP system and the e-commerce website can be synchronized to share the same data. As the data contained in the ERP system always reflects the current position of the organization, by using the same data the e-commerce website always reflects the latest and up-to-date data. The integration of SAP Business One with e-commerce websites eases the process of populating and managing the website.
The order processing and inventory management for the online storefront can be managed through the SAP system. In order to achieve this, we develop an application that can act as a bridge between the two. The application is designed to fetch data from the SAP Business One system and populate the online database. As the data pertaining to the inventory/products already exists, this helps in avoiding duplication of data. This also ensures that the data on the online database is always up-to-date. The SAP Business One system can also be used to manage the stock availability and inventory levels. Any changes to the stock and inventory levels in the SAP Business One system are reflected in the online database and vice versa.
Similarly, any orders placed by customers, online, through the website are synchronized with the SAP system. The data pertaining to the orders is fetched from the online database and stored in the SAP Business One system. The inventory levels, in the SAP Business One system are reduced by the amount specified in the purchase orders.
Other Third-party Products
Integration of ERP systems with other third party applications enables the exchange and sharing of information. At e-Tomato we offer our expertise in integration of various third-party applications with the ERP applications. |
