Implementation
At e-Tomato, the ERP package implementation process begins with the gathering of the client’s requirements. Based on our study, we make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve the business processes so as to improve their efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Our team of experts design a system architecture and map the existing business processes to the various modules of the ERP application. We make various customizations and configurations to tailor the ERP application to match the business processes being followed in the organization. If the need arises, we develop and integrate custom modules that include new features and functionalities not available in the core application.
An important aspect included in the implementation process is the migration of the existing data, stored in disparate systems, into the new application. This ensures that a smooth and easy transition to the ERP system during rollouts.
During the implementation process our team also carries out detailed and exhaustive tests to ensure that the implementation is defect and error free. Any errors/defects detected during the testing process and rectified and the testing cycle is resumed. The cycle of testing, detection and correction is continued till all issues and defects are resolved. After a successful testing process we release the application for deployment at the client’s work site.
Rollouts
The rollout process involves setting up and deploying the ERP application at the client sites. After the application is successfully deployed, a testing process is carried out to ensure that no defects, issues have cropped up during deployment. Once the application has been successfully tested and deployed the process of training the employees on the applications begins.
Support
Once the ERP application has been deployed at a client’s site, e-Tomato offers technical support and maintenance services so as to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance of the application.
Enhancements
In some cases a client requirement may be such that is not met with the basic ERP package. In such cases we offer to develop custom add-ons that can be integrated with the basic ERP system thereby extending its functionality. Before starting the development process, our team of experts study closely the process which is to be mapped to the system and its use within and impact on the other modules within the application. On completion of the development process, the add-on is integrated with the main application. A detailed testing process is carried out to ensure that the module is properly integrated and that its integration does not adversely affect the main application. After a successful testing process, the application is released for deployment.
Upgrades
At e-Tomato we also offer to upgrade the ERP software as new releases happen. We make the necessary changes to make it compatible with the solution.
Trainings
Imparting proper training to the employees on how to use the ERP application plays a crucial role in determining the success and the adoption of the application within the organization.
