Working Methodologies
At e-Tomato, for all projects that we undertake, we lay emphasis on proper communication with clients, and understanding of the requirements. We work closely with clients and involve them in every stage of the implementation process. We provide regular updates and seek feedback and inputs from the client.

The working methodology followed at e-Tomato includes the following stages:

Requirement Analysis
The implementation process begins with studying the requirements of the clients and gaining an in-depth understanding of their business processes. Our process experts and functional consultants work closely with the clients to gain a better perspective and insight into their business.

Process Mapping
On the basis of the requirements, the client’s business processes are mapped to the ERP package. All the process mapping information is duly documented and this forms the scope of the project. In case the requirements are such that involve customizing existing modules or developing custom add-ons from scratch, are also documented. The document is sent to the client for approval.

Customization and Development
On approval from the client, the actual customization and development process begins.

Testing
After the implementation process is complete detailed and exhaustive tests are carried out to ensure that the system is defect free and implements the client’s business processes in a proper manner. All error identified are duly recorded and corrective action is taken before testing the system once again. This process is continued till all bugs/errors have been rectified.

Deployment
After a successful testing process the system is deployed at the client’s site. We impart training to the employees on the usage of the system.
